Orders and sales process

E-lusopirotecnia has been created to facilitate the order process of our products. Here are some specifications that will help you to make it as easy as 1,2,3!

Step 1: The registration

This is the first step of the order process. Without registration you cannot access either the catalogue or your account.

After registration, you may enter the site with your CustomerID and Password. This will allow you to enter your account section and start your purchases.

Step 2: Choosing the products

3 easy ways to find them:

  Use our Search engine to find a specific product

  Browse our Catalogue in the products section needed

  Consult our Recent products list to find the bestseller products and the novelties

How to select:

  Click «Add to My Order Box» to add your selection in your order box. At this moment you may consult the box or modify the content of your order.

  Please be aware that the quantities are always expressed in boxes. You may find the quantity of article in each box in the description of the product by clicking on the product link.

  After you finish all the selection of products, consult My Order Box section to review and send your order.

Step 3: Submiting an order

After having reviewed your order, you may confirm the information by clicking the submit order button.

At this moment, your order will be automatically sent and you will receive a confirmation email at the address used to register.

Here are some details you must check to review your order:

  Shipping address

  Shipping/Import-Export responsable contact of your company

  Billing address

  Selected articles

  Quantity of pieces ordered

Delivery

All export documents will be taken in charge by Luso Pirotecnia Group. Your company will have to take care of importing procedures. We will contact your responsable to organize all the transport and documentation.

Luso Pirotecnia Group will apply different delivery policies according to your country. If you need more information, please contact our orders department.

Billing & Payment

The billing will be sent to you by email and the original copy by mail. You may know that no products will be shipped before payment confirmation. Payment should be authorized and confirm by both company's financial institution.
